The Company prefers to hire a Candidate that has good leadership and management experience, along with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Good computer skills are required—along with Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Operations Manager will actively work to acquire new customer’s business and maintains existing customer base. The Operations Manager leads facility in improving efficiency, developing employees, and offering premier customer service. This job also requires managing all personnel at the location, including hiring, performance reviews, discipline action, training, coaching and rewarding employees within the company guidelines. The Operations Manager maintains company compliance, enters any compliance data and completes monthly maintenance schedules.
