Location: North East Iowa    Education: High School Diploma and or a two year Degree in Ag — Farm background would be a plus. The Candidate needs to have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Computer skills, are required, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Custom Applicator will be operating agronomy spraying/spreading application equipment The Candidate will be applying fertilizer, chemicals, or pesticide products. The Custom Applicator will work directly with customers, developing excellent customer relationships. The Applicator will also work in the fertilizer plant mixing, loading trucks, reading work orders and field maps.  THIS IS A GREAT OPPORUNITY TO LEARN THE FERTILIZER/CHEMICAL, PESTICIDE, BUSINESS, ALONG WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE RUNNING APPLICATION EQUIPMENT.
