Education and Experience: The Company prefers at least a two year degree in Ag/Four year would be better or three successful machinery sales experience. The Candidate must have a firm understanding of the Ag equipment market. The Candidate needs to be computer literate especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook. The Candidate needs to have very good communication skills, positive attitude, presents his/her self in a professional manner, and present a professional appearance at all times. The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for developing relationships with farmers within assigned territory. The Candidate needs to have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
