Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in related field preferred. Experience may be substituted for Education. The Company prefers the Candidate to have at least five years experience in the agricultural business, preferably related to feed sales or feed management. The Candidate needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills. good Computer skills are requited, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. The Feed Division Director is responsible for business and financial results of the Feed Department. The Feed Division Director is responsible for the continued development, management, and marketing of the Company’s feed brands, feed commodities, and other feed related products. The Feed Division Director is accountable for the supervision of feed sales personnel, profitability and sales, reporting, purchasing, resale pricing, inventory, service, maintenance, and other duties as assigned by the CEO. The Feed Division Director will be responsible for observing OSHA, State and Federal Safety Regulations. The Feed Division Director is responsible for maintaining clean and neat facilities, maintains good housekeeping and sanitation standards, and upholds the Companies Safety regulations and procedures.
