EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: The Company prefers a Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting or equivalent to five years financial experience. CPA PREFERRED. The Candidate needs to have experience with computers and related accounting, word processing, spreadsheet, and data base software. The Candidate needs to have exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. The Staff Accountant will provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning and reporting while ensuring that the company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
