Location: Midwest Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a business management related discipline or equivalent work experience as a manager in a manufacturing/production setting is required. FIVE plus years manufacturing experience in feed/food /chemical processing plant knowledge is preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, motivate and manage performance of team members. Work closely with the Safety Director to monitor and validate the Workplace Safety Program. Advise the President and CEO of any staffing requirements, operational issues or shortcomings that could affect the operations. Ability to be on call 24/7 as the first point of contact for any operational issues that may arise. Must have effective oral and written communication across different levels and departments.
