The Service Manager must be a motivated leader, understands both service and parts, has a strong grasp of how daily activities drive financial performance and keeps all service staff accountable.  Two years of machinery customer service experience is preferred. Agricultural mechanical knowledge is helpful. The Candidate needs to have experience in supervising service staff. The Candidate needs to present a Neat, Clean, and professional appearance.
