Location: Iowa Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prefer minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources roles. Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a manufacturing client group in a Human Resources or Business Partner role. The Candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles to communicate with employees from diverse backgrounds, functional areas, and levels of the organization.
